The MPCC conducted its 14th Public Interest Investigation into an anonymous complaint alleging that in late 2010 and early 2011, a commanding officer at a military facility in Afghanistan conducted exercises at a detainee facility to terrorize detainees. The investigation focused on the conduct of members involved in the 2011 investigation and their decision not to lay charges. As of a recent annual report, the Interim Report was still being prepared.
