The MPCC conducted its 14th Public Interest Investigation into an anonymous complaint alleging that in December 2010 and January 2011, the Commanding Officer of the Military Police Company at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan conducted exercises at the Detainee Transfer Facility to terrorize detainees. The investigation focused on the conduct of CFNIS members involved in the 2011 investigation and their decision not to lay charges. As of the 2020 Annual Report, the Interim Report was still being prepared.
